Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from the date of receiving to receive a refund or exchange provided it is in as new condition and in its original box and packaging. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

Please note you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Any refunds will be processed by the same payment method as on the original order.

Availability of Goods

All of our products are hand cooked from fresh and subject to availability.  From time to time we will have stock of certain products and this will allow us to despatch our snacks to you quicker.

Damaged in Transit

We would be sad to hear your snack products have been damaged in transit.  If any damage occurs in transit it will be your responsibility to contact us within 24 hours.  Photos of the packaging and how your products arrived will be required.  We will be more than happy to offer you a replacement.

Incorrect Goods

It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 24 hours of delivery. If the items are not what you ordered, you must not use the item and contact us straight away.

Delivery Delays

We shall not be responsible where any failure or delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to Acts of God, fires, strikes, and failure of suppliers or distribution partners. In the event of such delay, our obligations under the contract will be suspended for the period of the delay.

Cancellation of Orders

Should you for any reason need to cancel your order prior to its despatch, please contact us at hello@mrtrotters.com stating your name and order number.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using this Site, you signify your acceptance of this returns policy and terms of service. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
